Understanding your land, inside and out
Every good project starts with a clear picture of the land. We research and process large volumes of environmental data and scientific evidence to understand what your land is doing, how it is responding to a changing climate, and where the greatest opportunities lie. This gives us the foundation to recommend strategies that are both effective and cost-efficient, so decisions are made on solid ground from the outset.
A plan shaped by science and place
No two landscapes are the same, and neither are our designs. Using a combination of detailed desktop analysis and hands-on field survey, we create bespoke nature-based solutions tailored to your land and the challenges it faces. Flood risk, drought, carbon loss, declining biodiversity, food production pressures: our blueprints address all of these in a way that is specific, practical, and built for the long term.

Bringing the blueprint to life
A great design is only useful if it is delivered well. We oversee and implement nature-based solutions on the ground, making sure every element is established properly for lasting impact. We also help identify and access external funding that could support your project, so that the right solution is within reach financially as well as ecologically.
From assessment to unit sales
We understand the full BNG process and can guide projects from initial habitat assessment right through to selling units. We work with landowners and developers at every step, producing and managing the Habitat Management and Monitoring Plans (HMMPs) required, and putting the right land management structures in place to deliver real, measurable gains for nature over the long term.

Shaping landscapes that thrive for generations
We take on the ongoing management of land and estates, working with owners to shape their landscape so it can adapt and thrive as the climate continues to change. Our approach is grounded in practical experience: we are actively delivering an Environment Agency-approved Natural Flood Management project in Fairlight, East Sussex, which shows what is possible when science, nature and good stewardship work together.
Finding the finance to make it happen
Good projects need good funding. We help identify and secure support from a wide range of sources, including government grants, environmental stewardship schemes, private investment and philanthropic programmes. We know where the opportunities are and how to pursue them, so financial barriers are reduced and projects can be as ambitious as the land deserves.

Keeping things moving, from start to finish
We provide hands-on project management across the full life of a project, coordinating ecology, hydrology, land management, construction and stakeholder engagement so that everything runs smoothly. Landowners and partners are kept well informed throughout, and nothing is left to chance. We bring structure and continuity to work that can otherwise become complicated.
Building the relationships that projects need
Large-scale landscape change works better when communities, authorities and policymakers are genuinely on board. We help projects engage with the people who matter: local residents, landowners, councils, regulatory bodies and government agencies. From public consultation to working directly with decision-makers, we make sure projects are well understood, well supported, and positioned within the wider agenda for nature recovery and climate resilience.
